ON October 24-25, Indonesians will be celebrating Lebaran, marking the end of Ramadan. Among all the local holidays, none has more significance than Lebaran, which to Muslims means victory over a period of contemplation, retrospection and spiritual cleansingthe true meaning of the month-long fasting.
