THE eyes of 40 people in the meeting room of the Democrat Party faction in the House of Representatives building on Monday last week were suddenly on Benny Kabur Harman. The head of the House Legal Commission proposed that the faction form a fact-finding team for the case of Muhammad Nazaruddin, their colleague. “The faction can’t remain silent,” said Benny as quoted by a Tempo source.
