A TEXT message was sent by Head of the Democrat Party Research, Data and Publication Bureau, Prasetyo Sudrajat, on Thursday last week. The text said Ruhut Sitompul was not a party spokesman. According to him, Communication Division ead Andi Nurpati and secretary Hinca Panjaitan can speak on behalf of the party.
