Tommy Defeats Garuda

TOMMY Suharto won a civil lawsuit last Tuesday against PT Garuda Indonesia at the South Jakarta District Court. The judge ruled that Garuda and the other defendants, including PT Indo Multi Media (publisher of Garuda magazine), must apologize and pay Rp12.51 billion in damages.
