THE plenary meeting on the third floor of the National Commission for Human Rights (Komnas HAM) heated up. With snacks and plain water on the table, commissioners had a tough debate for three hours.

The meeting in June was the first plenary session to discuss the inquiry into allegations of serious infringement of human rights of the Ahmadiyah group in Umbulan village, Cikeusik, Pandeglang, Banten. So far three plenary sessions have been held. B
