Twenty men jumped out of a car as soon as it stopped outside the Pekanbaru jail in Riau. The penitentiary's main gate was locked shut that Monday last week. Deputy Justice Minister Denny Indrayana and the Director of the National Narcotics Agency, Benny Mamoto, who was in charge of the raid, jumped over the 1.5-meter-high fence.
