A letter from Interpol headquarters in Lyon, France, prompted a sigh of relief from Paulus Tannos. The letter dated March 28 dropped his and his daughter Catherine's names from Interpol's wanted list. The red notice that had been issued against them, the letter said, had violated procedure.
