Ishadi Saleh: Akbar Tandjung never said anything about a foundation

Akbar Tandjungs honesty in the Bulog (State Logistics Agency) scandal part II, has become more and more question-able. A key witness, Ishadi Saleh, a businessman who visited Akbars room together with Achmad Ruskandar, former Bulog Deputy of Finance, maintained that he witnessed the transfer process of the Bulog fund check to Akbar Tandjung on 2 March 1999 at the State Secretariat.
