The order came a day before President Joko Widodo was to visit victims of the Mount Sinabung eruption in Karo regency, North Sumatra, three weeks ago. Bambang Widianto, executive secretary of the Poverty Eradication Acceleration Team, needed to prepare thousands of social assistance cards to distribute to evacuees.
