Constitutional Court Favors Setya Novanto

THE constitutional court has granted Golkar Party chairman Setya Novanto's challenge of two laws. He had petitioned against a regulation on electronic information as evidence in the Information and Electronic Transaction Law (ITE Law), and the use of the word 'conspiracy' in the Corruption Law.
