Aguan has an interest in the reclamation project. Agung Sedayu Group subsidiary, Kapuk Naga Indah, has allocated the reclamation of five islands, namely Islands A, B, C, D and E, with an area of 1,331 hectares.

The breakdown:
Island A 79 hectares
Island B 380 hectares
Island C 276 hectares
Island D 312 hectares
Island E 284 hectares
