BUDI was fiddling with his cell phone in front of Warung Sate Kambing Ngaglik, a satay stall he owns in Jalan Kaliurang Kilometer 10 in Sleman, Yogyakarta, when two men fell from their motorcycle not far from where he sat. A stout man with a thin beard and wavy hair fell right in front of the satay stall’s grill. The other man fell about five meters behind the first man, with his head still in a green helmet.
