AFTER eight months of investigating an acid dousing of Novel Baswedan, who is an investigator with the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), the National Commission on Human Rights (Komnas HAM) is finishing up their final investigative report. Sandrayati Moniaga, a Komnas HAM commissioner, is targeting its completion this week. “It is now in the editing stage,” said Sandra last Friday.
