A 140-page draft compiled by the People’s Consultative Assembly (MPR) is dubbed Principles of State Policy. Consisting of seven chapters, it includes the directions of policy development for the 2020-2045 term that cover the fields of ideology, politics, economics, socio-culture, as well as law, defense, and security. The draft is planned to be the outline for the State Policy Guidelines (GBHN), which was abolished in 2002.
