DATED April 14, a circular signed by Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung was addressed to all special staff of the President and Vice President, as well as to assistants and their assistants. It set out the proper use of cabinet secretariat letterhead by special staff members, which was being done in the context of maintaining administrative order and organizing the numerical filing system used by the institution.
