The Regent of Langkat, Terbit Rencana Perangin-Angin, is accused of practicing slave-labor for forcing drug addicts to work on his oil palm plantation without pay.

A cage-like chamber half the size of a badminton court stands behind the house of the inactive Regent of Langkat, Terbit Rencana Perangin-Angin. The cage, with bars the thickness of a male adult's thumb, apparently housed inmates whom Terbit allegedly forced into slave-labor.
