TWO decrees were signed by Riau Governor Syamsuar on Monday, May 23. Coinciding with the inauguration of two acting regional heads under his jurisdiction, Syamsuar ‘freed them’ from their duties. The two were Riau Education Office Head Kamsol and Riau Regional Legislative Council Secretary Muflihin.
