AS rumors were rife about President Joko Widodo becoming a vice-presidential candidate in the 2024 general elections, Budi Arie Setiadi visited the defense ministry on Thursday, September 1. Budi is Deputy Minister of Village, Development of Disadvantage Regions, and Transmigration. However, he is more popular as the founder and chairman of Projo, an association of volunteers for Jokowi’s prior two presidential runs.
