You should try visiting the House of Representatives now and again. You will see lots of vacant seats during the sessions. At every committee meeting, you will be quite amazed by how many members are absent. In fact, two weeks ago, one of the committees was almost empty after dozens of them went off on the Haj pilgrimage. Suspicions abound that many of them were facilitated in this by their work partners.
