Dwi Ria Latifa is busily making calls on her cell phone. Latifa, a member of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) has many people to contact. The important meeting on terrorism with the police on September 12 didn't capture her attention. Latifa has other issues to occupy her as she sits in her office on the fifth floor of the House of Representatives (DPR) Building in Senayan.
