BANG, bang, bang The sound of gunfire shattered the pre-dawn calm of Kudamati, Nusaniwe Regency, Ambon last Tuesday. It woke Nyonya Synthia, 45. She was startled to say the least and hugged her 3-year-old grandchild tightly. The shock was visible on her face, as if something were about to happen to separate her from the toddler.
