On Jalan Raya Timur in the Ujung Berung area of Bandung, Sukamiskin Prison is wriggling with excitement. Officials at the prison seem to be behaving like a young bride-to-be who has just been informed about her prince's imminent arrival. They're hurriedly dressing up to look good.
