THE season for selecting the Governor of West Java is upon us. Eka Santoso, Hendra Suwenda, and a number of his colleagues from the PDI-P faction have now developed a new activity: They run mornings in the DPRD (provincial legislative council) housing complex in Cipangeran Indah, Cimahi, Bandung, following this with long discussions about who should be the candidate for governor to be put up by their party.
