THE Indonesian Military (TNI) deserves a thumbsup in handling the case relating to a raid by Papuan separatist rebels on the headquarters of the Jayawijaya Military District Command 1702 in Wamena on April 4. Within one week six members of the rebel group—Yapenas Murib, Kanius Murib, Numungga Talengen, Kimanus Wenda, Yapre Murib, and Enos Logobal—were captured. Most of the guns and ammunition stolen in the raid were recovered.
