ASTINGING heat burned the town of Palu last week on Tuesday. It made some of the residents of the town on the Palu Bay opt to stay in the cool of their homes. Roads were deserted as a result. Suddenly, a speeding red Kijang minibus came screeching to a halt as its tires slid on the asphalt near Jalan Basuki Rahmat, right in front of the house of Fauzan Arif.
