SOON the skies above Indonesia will witness a new arrival called Sukhoi. The supersonic Russian warplanes are already 85 percent complete in the factory. Deputy director-general of the Sukhoi Aircraft Unitary Enterprise, Sergey A. Sergeev, told daily Kompas last week that he guaranteed the planes would be handed over on time.
