THERE was no cheering, applause or outpouring of joy on the re-election of Dewa Made Beratha and IGN Kesuma Kelakan as Governor and Deputy Governor of Bali for the 2003-2008 term. Not even from the members of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) faction that attended the general assembly of Bali's DPRD (Regional House of Representatives) last Wednesday.
