LAST Friday, three young girls with soiled faces and tattered clothes were busy filling water into dozens of medium-sized mineral water bottles from a leaking pipe. They were not bothered by the noise from four bulldozers and the roar of trucks carrying the debris of what were formerly homes of residents of Jembatan Besi Subdistrict Resident Council (RW) 4 in Tambora, West Jakarta. They simply ignored the noise and sound.
