THE wind is changing at the Lirboyo Pesantren (Islamic boarding school) in Kediri, East Java. Two years ago, on July 20, 2001, religious teachers and students from the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) mass Muslim organization gathered in the school owned by Idris Marzuqi. They united to support K.H.
