AN independent team visited Jatinangor, where the Public Administration Institute (STPDN) campus stands, to investigate al-leged cases of physical abuse on the campus. When they returned home after staying there for a week, they had a surprise in store. The team had found seven types of practices at the institute that could generate violence. But they also found evidence of financial impropriety.
