TARGET of a military operation now under way in Aceh, the Free Aceh Movement (GAM) has launched a diplomatic offensive in Europe. Last Wednesday a GAM delegation appeared before a forum of the European Parliament in Brussels, Belgium. Established in 1957, the European Parliament now has 626 members representing 15 countries.
