SUHARNO could only sigh and accept his lot. He usually sold bakso (noodles served with meat balls) at the Mokmer field north of the Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali, but that day last week, Suharno was forced to stay home. So did hundreds of other hawkers and petty traders who usually plied their wares in the vicinity of the airport.
