HEAD of the General Elections Commission (KPU), Nazaruddin Syamsuddin, could not hide his disappointment. He would raise his voice to anyone who brought up the issue. Nazaruddin is not at all happy with the decision of the House of Representatives (DPR) to slash the proposed budget by Rp900 billion.
