COFER Black, US Ambassador on Counter-Terrorism was a member of the US delegation led by Attorney General John Ashcroft which attended the recent Bali regional conference on counter-terrorism. Black, who has extensive experience in counter-terrorism as a CIA operative, took time off to share his views with TEMPO News Room reporter Purnomo G.
