Arif Budi Sulistyo's name appeared in the indictment against Ramapanicker Rajamohan Nair, director of EK Prima (EKP) Ekspor Indonesia. Arif is the husband of Titik Ritawati, President Joko Widodo's sister.
Rajamohan was charged with bribing Handang Soekarno, an official at the taxation directorate-general, with Rp1.9 billion in exchange for assistance in adjusting his corporate taxes.
