Megawati Checks Out Slovakian Weapons
The Indonesian government is considering purchasing military hardware from Slovakia. President Megawati was shown armored vehicles and attack helicopters when she visited the test site of the DMD Group, the holding company for military equipment manufacturers, at Trencin, Slovakia, Thursday of last week. But how come the prices this time around are lower than for purchases made by the New Order government?
