Cannibal Goes to Court

THE Purbalingga District Court in Central Java, last week, began the trial of Sumanto, 31, an alleged cannibal. Public Prosecutor Kasmin S.H. in laying charges against the defendant said Sumanto had violated Article 180 (theft of human remains) and Article 363 (ordinary theft) of the Penal Code.
