RCTI Reporter Held by GAM

Ersa Siregar, 53, is yet another reporter to be affected by the operation in Aceh. When the mother of this RCTI reporter died in Medan, he was unable to pay his respects and join the funeral procession to the graveyard. This is because he was being held by the Free Aceh Movement (GAM) in the Peureulak region of East Aceh, along with cameraman Ferry Santoro and driver Rachmansyah.
