KAMPAR Regent Jefry Noer and A. Zakir, his deputy, were sacked by the Kampar Regency Legislative Assembly (DPRD-II) two weeks ago. Those voting in favor of his dismissal felt that Regent Jefry's rebuke of a school principal during a dialog was unacceptable.
