The prosecution has demanded that a two-year jail sentence for TEMPO's chief editor be carried out immediatelyan abuse of the Press Law by the prosecutor's office, a government institution that has sworn to defend the interest of the public.

HISTORY seems to be repeating itself, as is muzzling the press in this country.
