BETWEEN Tebet and Cikini are luxury apartments, shopping malls and hotels, not far from the garbage carts parked by scavengers under railroad bridges. Last Sunday was a sad day for Supriono, one of those scavengers. His youngest child had died of diarrhea, inside an old garbage cart.
