AT first glance, nothing seems to be amiss with the missive sent by the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court to President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. The letter, which was sent two weeks ago and also copied to the House of Representatives (DPR), warned the president not to use Law No. 22/2001 on Oil & Gas as a consideration for government policy.
