IF suspicions regarding a bribery case prove to be correct, our police force is doomed. In his job as National Police Chief, a general allegedly received bribes while handling a corruption case, causing the state losses amounting to Rp1.2 trillion. The funds embezzled from the Kebayoran Baru branch of BNI, would have been enough to provide 48 million poor people with 10 liters of kerosene each.
