SUPREME Court Chief Justice Bagir Manan has finally decided to replace the panel of judges handling the Probosutedjo case. The number of judges, furthermore, has been increased, from three to five. They will re-examine the Probosutedjo case from the beginning to determine whether the businessmen should go to jail or be released.
