The body of Salik Firdaus, who carried out the suicide bombing at Menega Cafe, Bali, was eventually buried in Jakarta. The local government in Majalengka refused to accept the body.

THUS is the fate of the man who carried out the suicide bombing at Menega Cafe, Jimbaran, Bali. The body of Salim Firdaus was no longer intact. It was flown from Bali to Jakarta, and the family confirmed it was indeed Salik Firdaus. But the familys wish for the body to be taken for burial in his village of Cikijing, Majalengka, West Java was not granted.
