Arbitrary Democracy

NO matter how good the political system, it still has weaknesses. The job of politicians is to deal with these weaknesses so that democracy is protected and people are not continually inflamed by political disputes. But often, the reverse happens. Some politicians seem to be creatures hungry for power. They use every opportunity to gain office, without considering the negative effects of their actions on democracy or the people.
