THE Jakarta Prosecutors Office declared Syafruddin Temenggung a suspect two weeks ago. The former head of the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) is suspected of corruption in the sale of shares and debt collection rights of PT Pabrik Gula Rajawali III in Gorontalo in 2003.
