IT is strange to hear reports that the Presidents place of work is not a safe place to keep ones belongings. The location often described as Ring 1, for the proximity of its residents to the countrys top man, has recently been plagued by a series of robberies. This area should be immune to all attempts at stealing, pilfering or even wire-tapping.
