Civil servants break the law if they join the Golkar Partys Research and Development Board. The party should revive its idea of a Personnel Research Center.

The Golkar Party chairman appointed 183 people as managers and members of the partys Professional Research and Development Board, two weeks ago. If around 50 civil servants had not been among the appointees, this training and research board would not have raised questions. Perhaps many people would have praised it as a strategic move by Golkar party chairman, Jusuf Kalla.
