POLICE Adj. Comr. Jumantoro, who was arrested on suspicion of dealing and using drugs, is a great shame to the police force. The head of the Cisarua, Bogor Police Sector clearly broke the law by keeping crystal methamphetamine and thousands of ecstasy pills in his home.
